Dock Operations

The Duncan Student Center Loading Dock supports the daily functions of the Corbett Family Hall, Duncan Student Center, O'Neill Hall of Music, and Notre Dame Stadium. Stadium Operations manages all dock-related activity, organizing delivered packages, dock access, package drop-off logistics for outgoing and incoming shipments.

Preparing Outgoing Shipments

To prepare an outgoing shipment, follow these steps:

1. Ensure your package is properly tagged with a shipping label.
2. Schedule a pickup date and time with your carrier.
3. Bring the package(s) to the loading dock before the scheduled pickup.

All outgoing packages must be correctly labeled and delivered to the dock before pickup.

Loading Dock Access

Follow these steps to request access to the loading dock upon arrival:

1. Approach the loading dock gate arm at the top of the dock with a vehicle.
2. Press call button on the intercom to connect with loading dock personnel.
3. Once connected, communicate who you are and access to the loading dock may be granted.
4. Long term parking is not permitted in the dock. Please park in the nearest available parking lot.

Note: The dock area may be congested. Use caution, park in designated 15-minute spots, and relocate vehicle upon the completion of loading or unloading your vehicle.
